   hello!! my name is Finch (they/them), and i'm the artist behind @briightlyart 🥰 

   i'm a Chicago-based queer and neurodivergent crocheter, digital artist, sticker lover, painter, and all-around crafter! i've been doing digital art and painting since i was a very small child, but didn't discover a deep love of fiber arts until i was almost 30 when my bestie sat me down and taught me the basics of crochet. my immense passion for yarn-related crafts took off from there, and now i spend most of my time making velvet stuffed animals and witch hats.

FAQs:
- Do you take custom orders? 
--- yes, when i have the time/capacity for them!! during busy market seasons i may not have the bandwidth 😅 but when i can take them on i will typically post on my social media pages, so keep an eye out. 

- Where can I buy your products in person? 
--- right now, only at my live events & markets - i used to have my toys in a couple of local Chicago stores, but unfortunately they both closed in 2022. for markets and events i will always post about them on instagram/facebook before the event, so watch out for those notices on my socials! 

- Do you accept returns and exchanges? 
--- not generally, but if you do have some kind of issue with your order, please reach out - i would be happy to discuss potential solutions with you! 

- Are your products allergy-safe? 
--- for the most part, yes! i do have a dog, so if you're extremely allergic to dog dander, let me know and i'll give your items a wash before sending them out. otherwise i don't have cats and don't smoke in my home 🙂

- Do you offer any rush shipping options? 
--- yes, but the price may be a bit higher depending on shipping rates for the timeframe you have in mind. please reach out to me to discuss options! 

- What about local pickup? 
--- yes! i'm located in Rogers Park, Chicago, IL and can offer free pickup, or local delivery for a small fee (which would go to my wife since she'd be the one driving.) again, reach out to me to discuss!
